Full Coordination
This package is for the busy couple who would like the luxury of having a professional take care of all the details. (Please contact us for a price quote for your event.)

Initial consultation meeting with the couple to determine budget, type of wedding desired, and to help us understand
your personality, taste and style (this should be done once the wedding date is set)
Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process
Venue referrals and tours
Access to vendor selection and negotiation for your ceremony and reception
Detailed budget planning
Create a personalized wedding checklist and provide a complete detailed calendar of events
Review vendor contracts and coordinate all vendor meetings
Wedding and reception site décor and design
Schedule wedding night accommodations & ensure your room is ready upon arrival
Prepare seating charts and diagrams
Create time lines for wedding day and etiquette advisement
Coordinate and oversee wedding rehearsal
Arrange for the purchase of any accessories such as favors, bridal party gifts, guest book, ring pillow, toasting glasses & cake server
Negotiate group rates & block off hotel rooms for out-of-town guests
Assist with cake selection
Advise and assist you with menu selections
Assist you with your invitations

Daisy Package

Event Day Coordination
This service is for the couple who has the wedding planned but wants to make sure the wedding day is relaxing and enjoyable. Your event day coordinator will make sure it all comes together.

Two meetings to finalize details

Unlimited e-mails and calls throughout the entire planning process
Walk through of chosen venue
Detailed wedding day itinerary to be given to Bridal Party and Vendors
Confirmation with vendors to assure details are finalized one week prior to the day of the event
Direction and coordination of the Wedding Rehearsal (maximum 1.5 hours)
Greet vendors & coordinate set-up of the ceremony and reception
Oversee all details on your wedding day, including set up of decor
Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought & set up on wedding day such as: place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc.
Oversee entire event from beginning to end

Coordinate and assist all vendors the day of your event, so you and your family can enjoy your special day without any problems.

À La Carte
Occasions Designed can help you with your wedding to create the event of your dreams. You can choose or add any of these services to any package or on their own at additional cost. You can select any of these services on their own or you can add them to a package. Hourly rate $40 (2 hrs minimum) or per item.
